Low Bridestones

The Low Bridestones are a little further down the track from the High Bridestones and more off the road, often hidden by the heather. They have the appearance of what is left of a stone row but little more is known.

The name Bride is common for stone monuments in this area and may come from Brigid the goddess of the Brigantes.
