Bryn Gwyn Stones

This pair of huge stones stand in a hedgerow and form a gateway between two fields. The thinner one is said to have formed the wall of a small cottage in 1802. In the lower photo you can make out notches along its upper edge used for supports.

Prior to that there were said to have been more stones forming a circle and enclosed by a ditch but no evidence of this remains today.
