Black Hill Stone

I am unsure of this stone at present. It is marked on the maps as a standing stone yet it is clearly set in a base which means it could be a cross or waymarker. It is not recorded as a cross in any reference works to my knowledge so I have listed it here as a boundary stone or waymarker.
