Hotel's ghostbusting guest
|
A ghostbuster from Scarborough is to spend tonight in an old haunted house.
John Inman, 24, a hypnotist and paranormal investigator wil be hunting for ghosts at Bagdale Hall, Whitby.
The
hall is the oldest building in the town and in 1990 was converted into
a hotel. Mr Inman has been asked to investigate some strange goings on
at the hotel, including lights being switched on in empty rooms,
cleaners hearing whispering, a strange shape gliding down the staircase
and a small child crying in an unoccupied room.
Mr Inman, of Valley
Road, says that he seen (sic) many ghosts in his time as a paranormal
investigator and says that there is nothing to be afraid of."Once you
understand it, it isn't frightening," he said.
"The ghosts cannot see us, and what we see is like a tape recording of a previous event.
"I think it is really fascinating."
