Sheela-Na-Gigs

When I visited this sheela the church door was locked and there was no indication as to where I might find the key.

However, this did not bother me too much as the sheela is located on the external wall to the left of the north door. It is beginning to look a little worn and may well benefit from some protection. It is a fine sheela with a very obvious vagina and one of the hands pointing towards it. It also appears to have breasts hanging in each armpit. Well worth a look.
